Featured Retailers: Roost and Burlap & Lace

Two local stores in Waukesha Pewaukee have created unique places for shoppers to find one-of-a-kind vintage and repurposed items from hundreds of local artisans. Both places offer distinctive spaces and ever-changing merchandise reflecting each season.

Roost at Lynndale Farm, Pewaukee
When you drive up to Roost at Lynndale Farm in Pewaukee you see something unexpected – a converted old barn, that’s out-of-this-world cool.

Within Roost’s barn are hundreds of artists on two levels with upcycled furniture, jewelry, soap, baby clothes, garden art, home décor, stationery, hats, gifts for furry friends and artwork. The majority of the items sold at Roost are handmade, upcycled, reassigned and vintage items. The selection of items changes each season.

When you go: Roost is just a short drive on Hwy 16 (just a few minutes from Capitol Drive) off of the Jungbluth Rd. exit.

TIP: While visiting Roost, and if you are looking for a gluten-free local bakery, be sure to check out Molly’s Gluten-Free Bakery, right next door.

Burlap & Lace Marketplace, Waukesha
