In the meantime, Old World Wisconsin is partnering with the Museum of Beer and Brewing to offer brewing programs this year on May 20, and June 3 from 10am-5pm. Equipment and techniques from the late 1800s and heirloom hops and barley grown at Old World Wisconsin will be used.

Casa del Rio Back by Popular Demand
Casa del Rio had been a local favorite for Mexican food in Waukesha for many years. After closing late last year for a short time they have reopened with the help of the original owners and new business partners. The menu will remain mostly the same with a few new additions including more soups and a small all-day breakfast menu. Inside the restaurant, new décor and lighting have been added. Casa del Rio will hold Margarita Fest on May 19 and 20, which is a fundraiser for the Humane Animal Welfare Society, featuring live music and festivities.
